# 隐私政策

欢迎使用 Zup Cam（以下简称“本应用”）。我们非常重视你的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们在你使用本应用时如何处理你的信息。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读。

## 1. 核心原则

本应用以“本地优先、最小收集”为原则设计：

- 你拍摄的照片默认**仅保存在你的设备本地**。
- 我们**不运营收集你个人数据的服务器**，也**不会读取、上传或出售你的照片和个人信息**。
- 我们**不集成任何第三方广告或分析追踪 SDK**。
- 我们**不要求你注册账号**。

## 2. 我们处理的信息

### 2.1 相机
本应用需要访问相机以拍摄照片。图像在设备本地生成与处理，用于应用内的胶片风格显影、滤镜、相框与涂鸦等功能。

### 2.2 照片
- 你在应用内拍摄的照片保存在本应用的沙盒存储空间中。
- 当你主动选择“保存到相册”时，照片会写入你设备的系统相册。
- 我们不会在未经你操作的情况下访问你系统相册中的其他照片。

### 2.3 位置信息（可选）
- 若你授权定位权限，本应用会在拍照时记录当次的地理位置（经纬度及地点名称），仅用于在照片上叠加显示拍摄地点。
- 位置信息随照片一起保存在本地（及下述 iCloud 同步中），**不会发送到我们的服务器**。
- 你可以随时在系统“设置”中关闭本应用的定位权限，不影响拍照的核心功能。

### 2.4 iCloud 同步（可选，仅 Pro 会员）
- 若你是 Pro 会员并开启了 iCloud 同步，本应用会通过 Apple 的 **CloudKit 私有数据库**，将你的照片及相关信息备份到**你本人的 iCloud 账户**中，以便在你的设备间同步与恢复。
- 该数据存储在你自己的 iCloud 私有空间，由 Apple 管理和加密，**开发者无法读取或访问这些内容**。
- 你可以随时在应用设置中关闭 iCloud 同步。关闭后仅停止同步传输，本地与云端已有数据均保留。
- 免费用户的照片仅保存在设备本地，不会上传 iCloud。

### 2.5 购买信息
- 本应用通过 Apple 的 App 内购买（StoreKit）提供 Pro 会员。所有支付由 Apple 处理，**我们不会收集或存储你的支付方式、信用卡号等支付信息**。
- 应用仅在设备本地校验你的购买凭证以解锁相应功能。

### 2.6 推送通知
本应用使用 Apple 推送服务以支持 iCloud 数据的后台同步。此机制由 Apple 提供，不涉及我们收集你的个人数据。

## 3. 我们不收集的信息

我们**不会**收集或获取：你的姓名、账号、通讯录、浏览记录、用于广告追踪的设备标识，以及任何用于跨应用追踪的数据。

## 5. 数据保留与删除

- **本地照片**：保存在设备上，直到你在应用内删除或卸载本应用。
- **卸载本应用**会清除设备上本应用的全部本地数据。
- **iCloud 数据**：删除应用不会自动清除你 iCloud 中的备份记录；你可在同一 Apple ID 下重装应用后恢复，或在系统“设置 → Apple ID → iCloud → 管理存储”中管理相关数据。
- 你可随时在应用内逐张删除照片。

> 温馨提示：免费用户的照片仅存于设备本地，卸载或删除应用将无法找回，请注意提前保存到系统相册。

## 6. 儿童隐私

本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

## 7. 安全

我们采取合理的技术措施保护你的数据。本地数据受 iOS 系统沙盒机制保护，iCloud 数据由 Apple 加密存储。但请理解，任何存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。

你可以随时：控制相机、定位、相册等系统权限；开启或关闭 iCloud 同步；删除应用内的照片；卸载应用以清除本地数据。

Welcome to Zup Cam (the "App"). We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App. Please read it carefully before using the App.

## 1. Our Principles

The App is designed around "local-first, minimal collection":

- Photos you take are, by default, **stored only locally on your device**.
- We **do not operate any server that collects your personal data**, and we **never read, upload, or sell your photos or personal information**.
- We **do not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs**.
- We **do not require you to create an account**.

## 2. Information We Process

### 2.1 Camera
The App requires camera access to take photos. Images are generated and processed locally on your device for in-app features such as film-style development, filters, frames, and doodles.

### 2.2 Photos
- Photos you take in the App are stored within the App's sandbox storage.
- When you choose to "Save to Photos," the photo is written to your device's system photo library.
- We do not access other photos in your system library without your action.

### 2.3 Location (Optional)
- If you grant location permission, the App records the location (coordinates and place name) at the moment of capture, solely to display the shooting location on your photo.
- Location data is stored locally together with the photo (and via the iCloud sync described below) and is **never sent to our servers**.
- You can disable location access for the App at any time in system Settings without affecting core photo functionality.

### 2.4 iCloud Sync (Optional, Pro Members Only)
- If you are a Pro member and enable iCloud sync, the App backs up your photos and related data to **your own iCloud account** via Apple's **CloudKit private database**, so you can sync and restore across your devices.
- This data is stored in your own private iCloud space, managed and encrypted by Apple. **The developer cannot read or access this content.**
- You can disable iCloud sync in the App's settings at any time. Disabling only stops sync transmission; existing local and cloud data are retained.
- Free users' photos are stored only on the device and are not uploaded to iCloud.

### 2.5 Purchases
- The App offers Pro membership via Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit). All payments are processed by Apple, and **we do not collect or store your payment method, card number, or other payment information**.
- The App only validates your purchase entitlement locally on the device to unlock features.

### 2.6 Push Notifications
The App uses Apple Push services to support background syncing of iCloud data. This mechanism is provided by Apple and does not involve our collection of your personal data.

## 3. Information We Do Not Collect

We do **not** collect your name, accounts, contacts, browsing history, advertising identifiers, or any data used for cross-app tracking.

## 4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party. The only "third party" involved is Apple, which provides underlying services such as iCloud storage, push notifications, and in-app purchase billing. Such processing is subject to [Apple's Privacy Policy](<https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/>).

## 5. Data Retention and Deletion

- **Local photos**: Stored on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App.
- **Uninstalling the App** removes all of the App's local data from your device.
- **iCloud data**: Deleting the App does not automatically remove backup records from your iCloud; you may restore them by reinstalling under the same Apple ID, or manage them in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
- You may delete photos individually within the App at any time.

> Note: Free users' photos exist only locally on the device and cannot be recovered after uninstalling or deleting the App. Please save important photos to your system photo library in advance.

## 6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

## 7. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data. Local data is protected by the iOS sandbox; iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. However, please understand that no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

## 8. Your Rights

You may at any time: control system permissions such as camera, location, and photos; enable or disable iCloud sync; delete photos within the App; and uninstall the App to remove local data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by reasonable means such as in-app notice.
