Welcome to Liva Photo. By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Liva Photo on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms.
You retain all rights to the videos you choose and the Live Photos the app generates. Liva Photo makes no claim on your media.
Pro features (currently: 4K export and watermark removal) are unlocked via a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. The purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple ID via "Restore purchase" in Settings.
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under their standard refund policy.
Don't use Liva Photo to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringes on others' rights, or violates Apple's App Store guidelines. You are solely responsible for the videos you process with the app.
Liva Photo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that exported files will be compatible with every third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability arising out of or relating to Liva Photo will not exceed the amount you paid for the app (which may be zero for free users).
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the new Terms.
