请在使用 Zup Cam（以下简称“本应用”）前仔细阅读本服务条款（以下简称“本条款”）。当你下载、安装或使用本应用时，即表示你已阅读、理解并同意接受本条款的约束。若你不同意，请勿使用本应用。

## 1. 服务说明
本应用是一款胶片风格相机与照片编辑工具，提供拍摄、滤镜、相框、涂鸦、漏光、导出等功能，并为 Pro 会员提供 iCloud 同步等增值功能。我们可能会不时更新、改进或调整应用功能。

## 2. 许可
在你遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让、可撤销的许可，仅供你在自有的 Apple 设备上出于个人非商业目的使用本应用。
你不得：对本应用进行反向工程、反编译或试图获取源代码；复制、分发、出租、出售或以其他方式商业化本应用；移除或规避应用中的付费功能限制或品牌标识（含免费版导出水印）。

## 3. Pro 会员、订阅与内购
本应用通过 Apple App 内购买提供 Pro 会员，包含以下选项：
- **月订阅**（自动续订）
- **年订阅**（自动续订）
- **永久买断**（一次性付费）
### 3.1 付费与自动续订
- 确认购买后，费用将通过你的 Apple ID 账户扣取。
- 订阅会**自动续订**，除非你在当前订阅期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。
- 续订费用会在当前订阅期结束前 24 小时内从你的账户扣取。
- 你可在设备“设置 → Apple ID → 订阅”中管理或取消订阅。取消将在当前已付费周期结束后生效。
### 3.2 价格
具体价格以 App Store 内展示为准，并可能因地区而异。我们可能调整价格，调整不影响你当前已生效的订阅周期。
### 3.3 退款
所有购买均由 Apple 处理。退款请求需依据 Apple 的政策，通过 Apple 提出（我们无法直接为你办理退款）。
### 3.4 恢复购买
你可在应用内使用“恢复购买”功能，在同一 Apple ID 下的设备恢复已购买的权益。

## 4. 用户内容
- 你使用本应用创作的照片及内容归**你本人所有**。
- 我们不主张对你内容的任何所有权，也不会访问、使用或分享你的照片（iCloud 同步的数据存于你本人的私有 iCloud 空间，我们无法读取）。
- 你对自己创作和保存的内容负全部责任，并应确保其不侵犯他人权利、不违反适用法律。

## 5. 知识产权
本应用本身，包括其界面设计、图标、滤镜、代码、商标（含“Zup Cam”名称与标识）及相关素材，均归开发者所有，受知识产权法律保护。本条款未明确授予的权利均予保留。

## 6. 免责声明
本应用按“现状”和“现有”基础提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保。我们不保证应用不会中断、无错误，或能满足你的特定需求。你理解并同意自行承担使用本应用的风险。
对于因设备故障、系统或 iCloud 服务异常、误操作、卸载应用等导致的照片或数据丢失，我们不承担责任。请你自行做好重要照片的备份（如保存到系统相册）。

## 7. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、偶然、特殊或后果性损害（包括数据丢失、利润损失等），我们均不承担责任。

## 8. 终止
若你违反本条款，我们有权暂停或终止你对本应用的使用许可。你也可以随时通过卸载本应用停止使用。

## 9. 条款变更

# Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully before using Zup Cam (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Description of Service
The App is a film-style camera and photo editing tool offering capture, filters, frames, doodles, light leaks, export, and more, and provides value-added features such as iCloud sync for Pro members. We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time.

## 2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your own Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App; copy, distribute, rent, sell, or otherwise commercialize the App; or remove or circumvent paid-feature restrictions or branding (including the free-version export watermark).

## 3. Pro Membership, Subscriptions, and In-App Purchases
The App offers Pro membership via Apple In-App Purchase, including:
- **Monthly subscription** (auto-renewing)
- **Yearly subscription** (auto-renewing)
- **Lifetime** (one-time purchase)
### 3.1 Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Upon confirmation of purchase, payment is charged to your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions **automatically renew** unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge occurs within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
### 3.2 Pricing
Prices are as displayed within the App Store and may vary by region. We may adjust prices; adjustments do not affect your currently active subscription period.
### 3.3 Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple in accordance with Apple's policies (we cannot process refunds directly).
### 3.4 Restore Purchases
You may use the "Restore Purchases" feature in the App to restore entitlements on devices signed in under the same Apple ID.

## 4. User Content
- Photos and content you create using the App belong to **you**.
- We do not claim any ownership of your content, and we do not access, use, or share your photos (iCloud-synced data resides in your own private iCloud space, which we cannot read).
- You are solely responsible for the content you create and store, and you must ensure it does not infringe others' rights or violate applicable law.

## 5. Intellectual Property
The App itself, including its interface design, icons, filters, code, trademarks (including the "Zup Cam" name and logo), and related assets, is owned by the developer and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

## 6. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. You understand and agree that you use the App at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss of photos or data resulting from device failure, system or iCloud service issues, user error, or uninstalling the App. Please back up important photos yourself (e.g., save to your system photo library).

## 7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

## 8. Termination
If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your license to use the App. You may also stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

## 9. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

## 10. Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms, and any disputes arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
